A National Report Card on Youth Homelessness
At the recent National Youth Homelessness Conference, a report was released which looked at how far Australia has come in the fight against youth homelessness since the release of the National Youth Commission's 2008 report, Australia's Homeless Youth.
The Geelong Project is highlighted as an exemplar of collective impact, "in which key local stakeholders collaborate deeply on a common vision and agenda, with shared data, a new form of governance and operational organisation as well as a backbone staffing for the community collective"
