Quick tip: Create a moment to talk
If someone you're worried about doesn't live with you, find a reason to go and see them. Borrow something, return something, give them something, just drop in to see how they’re going. Ask if they can come over and give you a hand with something.
R U OK?'s new campaign for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, encourages individuals to check in with family and friends who may be struggling with life with a simple message: Let’s talk, we’re stronger together.
The Region is always in need of young leaders with good governance skills to take their place on the Boards of Not For Profits and other organisations in the region.
